Who We Are & What We Do


Frank Phillips Builders is a privately owned family company, established in 1966, having built a solid reputation over 45 years handling a diverse range of construction projects including residential, retail, elderly care, industrial, commercial, health, education, equestrian, and religious facilities. We have grown and developed to meet the changing needs of the demanding industries that we serve.

Frank Phillips Builders has an excellent reputation for completing projects to a high standard of quality, on time whilst maintaining budgetary constraints. We are strongly commited to working safely and pride ourselves on the quality of our workmanship.

We predominantly work throughout the North West Region for individuals, corporate clients, architects and main contractors. We are on the Wigan Council Approved List of Contractors, the Wigan & Leigh Housing Framework for New Housing, are CHAS and Constructionline accredited and are also members of the Considerate Constructors Scheme.

The company's main operations are divided into the following disciplines:
