We are now taking over the running of our Leaseholds from the 1st July 2025 as our current provider has stopped providing the service for private clients.

We aim to make the transition as smooth as possible but accept there may be a few hiccups on the way so please bear with us. The current provider has written to all leaseholders to make everyone aware of the changes and have asked them to contact Frank Phillips Builders direct.

We will be writing to everyone to confirm changes in details and to provide bank details for any payments going forward.
